  • Three Categories – Arts, Crafts, Vendors.
  • Arts/Crafts/Vendor Fair hours are Friday 4pm – 8pm, Saturday 10am to 8pm, and Sunday 11am to 5pm.
  • All booths measure approximately 12ʼx12ʼ with double booths available; all located on grass or parking lot. Electricity available on first come first serve basis. Overnight security on both Friday and Saturday nights.
  • No commission taken on sales. All exhibitors are responsible for their own 6% Michigan sales tax.
  • Advertising in local and regional publications, online social media, email blasts, flyers, banners, billboards, signs throughout the community & more.
  • Friendly, helpful, organized staff.

  • Cost: $5 per person (paid day of tournament)

  • Cost: $10 per person(paid day of the tournament)
  • Walk-up registration in front of Cabrini Center (Vegas & Bingo Room)
  • Total of 32 teams
  • Tournaments should last around 2 hours

The Festival this year needs many things from new chair persons to the regular volunteers. There are sign up sheets for volunteers posted in the gathering space of the Church. We ask that you really consider volunteering this year or possibly taking over one of the following booths to chair:
  • Perogies & Stuffed Cabbage: Needs a new chairperson to take care of all the prep work and organization of volunteers.
  • Selling of the 12,000 raffle tickets: Needs a chairperson to organize those volunteers as well and the handling of tickets.
  • Confectionery: If you love candy, kids, and ice cream this might be a great spot for you.
  • Clean up crew: Consist of manning a crew for clean-up before, during and after the festival.
